IP public is address name for global internet, with IP public user can access any servers internet ( there are various types of servers on the internet ) as long server is connected with internet and as long user is connected with a internet. I want to talking about installing snap for ubuntu or debian based linux. snap is a application to download application, Basically snap is app store for linux with using snap user can download application with a command line.
